I know that some amplifiers that are designed to allow heat to escape, but I've seen some professional installations with amplifiers again .. Has there) with a class-D amplifier (like my kicker or something else, like the cooling system or fan to do?

Why not mount spacers and right side up?

You can, but not ideal for the cooling system. Riding back, the heat will be produced again on the shelf and not in the air above the amplifier.

When mounted on the head, make sure you have a way to push hot air out of the heat sink fast to make shelf amps with some fans that the turn-around.

Burn You Up, when mounted on the head. Should not, depending on the amplifier and kicker on the head at all be mounted. All amplifiers conduct heat. Who is the product of the decision-making.
