Should I get a specialized drainage sub or let the concrete guy do the job? - bay area drainage
The construction of a cellar in the Bay Area. Should I drain a specialist contractor (very expensive), or concrete, that I do the work? Is it really so difficult to drain in a basement? It seems like a hole with gravel and a pipe. Why does it cost to do more than 30K?

Dude Drainage - Do you have a chance to do well. And how serious the outer membrane walls of the basement. Plus, get properly filled and compacted. Water is not quite finished in a cellar.
