Recently moved from the state and the need to change my license. Under the current state DMV, is a valid license is required, or include a copy of my driving. Well, I just happened to notice that my license expired in early January. You should expect to pass all tests. DMV, you must wait for a while. You should expect that all required documents for a new license, which is publicly available, ie social security card, birth certificate, divorce, marriage may have documents. It seems you're OK. They are not overdue by more than one year and has not been suspended liscense or not in open court instead, you're good to go! You did not mention the right of the state, to be sure, but if you are in this concern, why not call and ask?
Your license is invalid if it took a month or two, will probably be able to use it, but it would probably be the first call. The same goes for a test drive to get there sooner, the better.
