Has the easy money in SRS been made already? - proshares ultra short
The property is located off now, and suffer the next one (in addition to housing problems in the way) are clearly commercial real estate. I think playing SRS (ProShares Ultra Short Real Estate) as defensive, but only be better, short term long associated with individual real estate stocks to look for?
